| Description | This fascinating architectural entry would make cycling in cities much more attractive. It also makes streets otherwise dominated by cars, congestion and fumes into a destination rather than something to be avoided.
Judges liked the design, and the vision presented. If only city planning and finance departments would realistically share these views. |
