Jay Shen is the Managing Director of Garmin Asia’s Automotive OEM Group, where he leads engineering R&D, product planning, program management, sales and marketing, quality assurance, and service operations.
With almost 30 years of experience across automotive, telecommunications, and ICT industries, Jay has held roles at HTC, FarEasTone Telecom, BenQ, and Ford, focusing on corporate strategic planning and segment business development. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Business Administration from National Taiwan University. |

Vivian Wu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Soochow University, with expertise in design strategy, design innovation, circular design, service design, and business model development.
She has led and coled numerous industrial design innovation and transformation projects commissioned by MOEA, MOC, MOENV, and various local governments. Also, she has planned the A-TEAM design integration initiative and possesses extensive experience in cross-disciplinary collaboration and design-driven transformation. She is dedicated to advancing design economics and digital transformation. |

Alex Lee earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Kyoto Institute of Technology in Japan. His professional background spans the bicycle industry, artificial intelligence, robotics, and innovation and entrepreneurship promotion.
He has held key positions at the ITRI and MOEA, serving as a vital and long-term bridge between government and industry. During his secondment to the DOIT, he successfully advanced projects such as the “Cycling Island” and “Handcycle,” possesses extensive cross-sector collaboration and execution experience across industry, government, academia, and research. |

Johanna Tiffe is located in Berlin, Germany. In 2008 she founded her design studio form:f – critical design & art. Since then, her studio works for the bike industry focusing e-bikes.With the arrival of connectivity, she advocated open source and sustainability in the industry. To promote these themes, she developed projects like “circular bike” and others. 2014 was the first time she was juroring bike awards – one was the iF Taiwan. |
